MAD receives sponsorship from a variety of sources, but our main contributors are:

The Office of the Vice Chancellor

The Office of the Vice Chancellor has provided an outstanding level of financial and in-kind support to MAD for more than a decade. The VCs Office has made it possible for MAD to send teams to international competitions, support the development of debating in Asia, publish the worlds only debating journal, the Monash Debating Review, as well as provide quality training and support to our own members. We are extremely grateful to receive the Vice Chancellor's endorsement.

Freehills Law firm

Freehills have given MAD a highly significant level of financial and in-kind support for many years. Most notably Freehills provides printing facilities for Silvertongue, is the key supporter of the Freehills Cup internal debating competition and subsidises the cost of travel for our teams at key intervarsities (IVs)

Monash Law Faculty

The Law Faculty and MAD have a productive relationship that includes cooperation in providing training to high-school debaters and in 2004 the Law Faculty celebrated its 40th Anniversary with a public debate during Law Week which was organised with the assistance of MAD and featured several MAD debaters, past and present.
